Frontline, Advantage, Advantix and Heartgard Shipping:
Shipping is provided at a flat fee per-order rate.
First class shipping is FREE per order regardless
of the number of items! Priority 2-3 day shipping is also available at an
extra cost per order. All of our products are sold at discounted prices.
Please allow 7-21 business days for delivery. All other items with shipping fees will be charged at the posted rate.
For some heavier shipments, only ground shipping may be available.
If this is the case, any priority/air shipping charges you have selected will be
credited to you before shipping.
Frontline, Advantage, Advantix and Heartgard Shipping for International
Orders:
We ship via first class. For most international orders,
shipping is FREE. Shipping is
automatically calculated when you enter your address information. All othe items with shipping fees will be charged at the posted rate.

Payment Methods:
Payment may be made by Visa, Mastercard,
American
Express or by faxing a check. Check orders should
be made
payable to Maak 4 Pets and must be faxed to 888-847-0158 prior to
shipment.
Returns:
Returns may be made within 30 days of
purchase. Any newly packaged, unopened product in resaleable condition may be returned. A
Store Credit will be issued upon receipt of returned items less a 15% restocking fee and
$9.95 for the original cost of shipping. We recommend sending returns by
UPS or insured receipt and in a secure box for your protection.
Exchange Policy:
There are no exchanges. You may return the item if it meets the criteria listed under the "Return Policy guidelines." When you return your item, you may then go ahead and make a new purchase. No shipping and handling fees will be refunded. Customers are resposible for all shipping fees incured when sending the return item(s).
Can I cancel or change an order once I've made it?:
NO orders may be cancelled or changed. All orders occur in real time and cannot be cancelled or changed after it has been placed. The customer assumes all responsibility for information provided and the charges when placing the order. You may return the item using our return policy once you have received the shipment. If your order is refused and returned to you will be charged on the credit card you used a 15% restocking fee and $9.95 shipping. No exceptions. This price is to cover our cost of shipping the product to your location and covering cost to have it shipped back to. MAAK Enterprises is NOT responsible for mistyped information including incorrect product, shipping or billing information.
Coupons and Discounts:
Only One ( 1 ) coupon, discount or price match offer can be applied to an order.
MAAK Cash equals $0.25 USD cash value in the form of a store credit for each $1 MAAK Dollar earned.
Placing and order :
1. Place an item(s) in your
shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to shopping cart" button, which is located
below the product description on each product page.
2. Choose "Check Out"
at the bottom of your shopping cart after you are done shopping.
Prior to
checking out, you can also click on the Register button (optional) to create a
login and password for easy repeat ordering, so you don't have to re-enter
information every time you order.
3. Complete the checkout process by
providing billing and shipping information.
4. Submit a valid credit
card. You can also choose the Check/Money Order payment option but you must
write a check payable to Maak 4 Pets and mail it to the
address provided on
your invoice.

All credit card
transactions are completely secured. We use the Stronghold secure server,
currently the second best selling secure server software, and in our opinion,
technically the best product. It supports industry-standard 128-bit SSL
encryption.
We are members of the TRUSTe site privacy program and have
conformed to their standards for online privacy.
All online transactions
are handled with industry-standard SSL encryption. When you enter your
credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in
an encrypted (scrambled) form, then decoded when it gets to us. If you are
not the kind of person who worries about being hit by lightning as you're
crossing the street, you probably don't have to worry that your credit card
number will be intercepted on the way to a secure Web site.
